Keri Slaughter
Keri fallowed her grandmothers legacy from a very early age. She watched her grandmother behind the chair and knew this was what she wanted to do. Today, It’s still Keri’s passion! She loves every aspect of it, after many years in the industry. This is what lead her to owning her own salon. She started her career in California in her early 20’s. She has worked as both an educator and behind the chair. She has worked in large corporate salons, as well as small boutique salons. She specializes in balayage, as she has had extensive training and has been doing it for many years.
Kirk Slaughter
Kirk Slaughter is known as one of the top hair stylists here in the Pacific Northwest. For over 12 years his career in fashion and hair design was highlighted at major Seattle and Bellevue salons. Upon graduating the Advanced Training Salon, Kirk was invited to work with the original founding stylists from Vidal Sassoon on Internationally acclaimed fashion shows. Coupled with extensive training from global industry leaders, this gives him a definitive edge in the industry.
Carol Eustaquio
Carol has been in the beauty industry for 30 years. Over that time, she’s honed her skills taking numerous classes, training seminars and attending countless industry shows. These days, Carol can be found in her little corner at Artist and Muse, connecting with her loyal clientele and adding light to our team. While Carol may be a stylist, she’s an artist first. She’s passionate about colors and design, marrying that to what she creates for her clients. She’s also an avid gardener, solely responsible for making Ola’s plant life thrive. While Carol offers both haircuts and color, she specializes in classic looks and the occasional sassy haircut. Carol says that she loves creating hair that doesn’t necessarily need to be styled to look great. Getting to know her clients really inspires her to be able to design new looks for them. She believes in personalization and that trust is key.
Tawni Farrell
A colorist since 2014, I started my career in Bellevue before moving over to West Seattle. I specialize in making current color trends fit into your lifestyle and maintenance goals. I believe in life long learning and I have taken classes from the Aveda Institute in London and Ramierez Tran salon in Beverly Hills, as well as becoming Kevin Murphy Session Stylist. Smoothing treatment certified, I am here to make your hair dreams a reality.
Alexa Jacobs

Kathy Kelly
Starting her career at Gene Juarez, Kathy moved her business in 2002 to Ola Salon - West Seattle. In 2020, Kathy made the move to Artist and Muse Salon. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, she knows how to help you find the best version of yourself. While Kathy specializes in all hair cutting, she is a master with curly hair, razor cutting and texture. One appointment with her and you’ll be hooked! The most rewarding part of Kathy’s work is empowering women to feel their best inside and out. She has a strong connection to her community and is truly grateful to be able to work with so many different kinds people. Kathy is not just passionate about hair, she also loves the outdoors and spending time with her family and pets. She is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Meaghan Sanford
Haircuts and colors are not “one size fits all”. I work to tailor the latest trends and classic styles to compliment your hair type, face shape, skin tone, and lifestyle. No outfit is complete without great hair! Give me a balayage paddle and some bleach and I’m a happy girl. I love my blondes! Whether you’re a honey blonde or icy cool, I’m in my element. I work with a lot of fine hair, both short precision cuts and long seamless layering. Special event styling-updos-is what cultivated my passion for hair at a young age. A little about me- I am a Seattle native who uses an umbrella when it rains; my kind of outdoorsy involves cocktails on a porch; the love of my life is my one eyed Mexican street dog, Luis Miguel.
KC Law
KC went to Bellingham Beauty School and has been in the industry for over 20 years! KC continued her education at Gene Juarez Advanced training salon and worked at the downtown Gene Juarez for 6 years before becoming a part of the Ola tribe for 15 years. 2020 brings exciting, new adventures at Artist and Muse Continuing education by leading educators and editorial colorists keep her inspired. KC is an amazing and talented color specialist. Her favorite style is surfer-girl, lived- in hair. Inspired by beauty, travel, summer, surfers, and eyelashes, KC values maintaining good relationships with her clients and team. KC would like her clients to know that she absolutely LOVES what she does. Her main goal is to make sure that everyone sitting in her chair feels welcome and beautiful.
